UNIT PRICING:-

PHOTOGRAPHY service outwith packages or in addition to a package is billed at £128.00 per hour between 9am and 9pm. Outwith these times billing is £160.00 per hour.

TRAVEL outwith the programming of an above package (Glasgow+50 miles) is billed in increments of 30 mins at a rate of £24.00 per hour.
*Image quantities per package are estimated based on averages of previous weddings over 30 years. Image quantities delivered may vary based on numbers of guests, restrictions on guests and or photographer and also levels of guest activity and interactions. These image numbers are always the photographers target quantity while striving to provide more it may rarely, not be the case.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS WITHIN THE UK, IF RESERVATION IS CANCELLED BY CLIENT, ARE REFUNDED IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS ARE MET. PROVIDED PHOTOGRAPHER RE-RESERVES THE SAME DATE TO AN EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, REFUND PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE TO UK BANK ACCOUNTS ONLY IN GBP WITHIN 180 DAYS AFTER PRIMARY RESERVED DATE PROVIDED. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE PROVIDED NO LATER THAN 180 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ORIGINAL DATE RESERVED. DEPOSIT REFERS TO THE INITIAL RESERVATION PAYMENT VALUE ONLY AT TIME OF BOOKING CONFIRMATION. PAYMENTS REFERS TO ANY PAYMENTS MADE THEREAFTER THE PAYMENT OF THE INITIAL DEPOSIT. IN THE CASE WHERE FINAL BALANCE IS NOT PAID IN FULL 28 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVED WEDDING DATE, THE PHOTOGRAPHER HAS THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER THE RESERVATION CANCELLED BY CLIENT AND SHALL DO SO UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS OR TERMS HAVE BEEN AGREED IN WRITING. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY OUTWITH OF THE UK ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.IN A CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE REFUND POLICY IS 365 DAYS PROVIDED PHOTOGRAPHER RE RESERVES THE ORIGINAL DATE FOR AN INVOICE VALUE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN THAT OF ORIGINAL BOOKING. CANCELLATIONS BY VENUE, CLIENT, LOCAL AUTHORITY OR BY GOVERNMENT ORDER BASED AROUND VIRAL , BACTERIAL OR BIOLOGICAL OUTBREAKS AND INCLUDING NATIONAL DISASTER/WEATHER WARNINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE EVEN IF 180 DAYS NOTICE IS GIVEN. IN THE CASE OF THE LATER ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER AVAILABLE DATE AS A CREDIT AGAINST PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE. SHOULD YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE YOUR WEDDING DATE TO A FUTURE DATE THEN THE 28 DAYS PAYMENT REFERS TO YOUR ORIGINAL WEDDING DATE AND NOT THE NEW DATE. NON PAYMENT OF BALANCE IN FULL BASED ON ORIGINAL WEDDING RESERVATION ARE TREATED AS A CANCELLATION BY CLIENT. THESE TERMS ARE ALSO APPLIED TO PHOTO VIDEO PACKAGES AND ANY OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY GARDNER HAMILTON / WWW.GARDNERHAMILTON.COM / DREAMTEAM WEDDING PHOTO VIDEO SERVICES. Deposits are non refundable. Weddings clients who re appoint to a new date forfeit refund availability.
